House Rules

  • All remaining payment balance should be settled upon check-in.
  • Incidental deposit of Php 1000 shall be collected in cash upon check-in, and shall be refundable if no damages are incurred during the stay.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any cash or valuables through the guest’s negligence.
  • Room key must be surrendered to the reception area upon leaving the guest room or upon check-out. The loss of a key will be charged P1,500.
  • Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the room, smoking penalty is Php 4,5000.
  • Prohibited drugs, combustible materials, deadly weapons, and other items prohibited by the law are not allowed inside the building premises. 
  • Guests are discouraged from bringing cooked foods, beverages, liquor, and items with obnoxious odors to their room.
  • Cooking and ironing is strictly prohibited.
  • Pets are allowed inside the premises for P500.00, a maximum of 20lbs. Guests should be responsible for it. Additional charges may apply for damages.
  • Parties and gatherings inside the guest room require clearance from the management.
  • Check-out time is 12:00NN. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Excess hours of stay will be charged P100.00.
  • Please inform the front desk if you are ready to check out so we can check the room before you leave. 
  • We do make up rooms from 9AM-4PM only upon guests’ request. 
  • We won’t open the room unless we’re permitted to do so. 
  • We change bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels, every 3 days or upon the guest’s request.
  • Avoid staining the towels, pillowcases, and bedsheets. Stained towels, pillowcases, and bedsheets will be charged P2,500.
  • Refrain from washing your clothes in the bathroom. 
  • Laundry service needs to be requested at least 1 day before. 
  • Any damages and things taken out from the property will be charged to the guest accordingly. 
  • Illegal activities are prohibited. Please respect privacy at all times.
  • Avoid causing disturbance and nuisances in the premises.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:

• We require a minimum of Php 500 deposit for every room reservation.

• Deposit is non refundable and non rebookable if cancelled 48 hours prior to check in date.


 Early Check-Out & Refund Policy

• Notice given 1–3 days before actual check-out: 80% refund for unused stay nights.

• Notice given 4–7 days before actual check-out: 90% refund for unused stay nights.

• Notice given more than 7 days before actual check-out: Full refund for unused stay nights.

• Rebooking of unused stay nights is allowed, subject to room availability.


Group Booking Policy

• For group bookings of more than 5 rooms and block bookings, a 50% deposit is required two (2) weeks before the actual arrival date.

• Once the deposit has been made, cancellations are no longer permitted.
